Kenworth honours Canadian dealers

KIRKLAND, Wash., (March 4, 2004) — The president of Canada’s most popular Kenworth dealership has been named to the truck maker’s 2004 dealer council.

Jim Beiderwieden of Inland Kenworth, Burnaby, B.C. joined six other U.S. dealers to make up this year’s council — which was created to help promote program and customer service consistency across the entire dealer network.

The company also named Edmonton Kenworth the winner of the 2003 Kenworth Gold award. Silver Canadian winners included Kenworth Montreal; Kenworth of Thunder Bay, in Thunder Bay, Ont.; Timmins Kenworth in Timmins, Ont.; and Custom Truck Sales from Regina.

The announcements were made during Kenworth’s recent dealer meeting in Phoenix, Ariz.
