Livingston International makes bid for 3PL
TORONTO (June 13, 2002) — Canada’s largest customs broker, Livingston International, has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the assets of Consultrans Logistics, a third-party logistics company in Oakville, Ont.
Consultrans Logistics has annual revenues of approximately $4 million, Livingston said. The acquisition, if completed, would double
Livingston’s North American transportation business.
Based in Toronto, Livingston has over 70 offices and approximately 1650 employees located at key border points and other strategic locations across Canada and the United States.
