Nissan Diesel expecting aid

TOKYO, Japan – Troubled Nissan Diesel Motor Co. can expect some debt relief in the near future, one of its main creditor banks reports.

We are moving toward an agreement soon,” an Industrial Bank of Japan spokesman told the Jiji news agency. He declined to comment on exactly when such a deal could be made.
