Wakefield Canada has announced the appointment of Mark Pagnanelli to the position of heavy duty marketing manager. Pagnanelli joins Wakefield after eight years with the commercial marketing division of Goodyear Canada, where he was responsible for the G3 product portfolio of commercial truck tires.

A Toronto native, Mark is an avid power boater and snowmobile rider who enjoys outdoor recreation in Northern Ontario.

Wakefield Canada is the exclusive distributor and marketer of Castrol lubricants in Canada. Established in July 2005, the Wakefield model has set a new standard for Canadian-owned companies in strategic partnership with international brands, says the company.

The Canadian Transportation Equipment Association (CTEA) has announced Donald Moore has replaced Al Tucker as executive director. Tucker remains with the organization as director of membership and program development. The move is part of his transition to retirement in 2007.

“Don brings along 20 years of industry-related experience to the association and its members,” the CTEA said in a release.

Moore is also a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and has served on a number of task forces and committees throughout the years.
