Great Dane’s AdvantEDGE enters next phase

SAVANNAH, Ga. — After launching in February, Great Dane’s AdvantEDGE national account parts and service program is now open for Canadian and U.S. fleet customer enrollments.

AdvantEDGE allows customers access to Great Dane’s extensive branch and dealer network throughout North America.

Once an account is established, customers can arrange for service and parts purchases at more than 100 participating locations.

A collaborative effort between Great Dane and Multi Service, the program offers customers a single line of credit.

Authorized buyers can then define unique roles and variable purchasing controls for drivers by utilizing the online platform 24/7.

Over-the-road customers can locate a service and parts provider, review their historical purchases or pay their bill through the convenient online system.

"With over two years in development, the AdvantEDGE program is now ready to roll-out" says Dave Durand, Great Dane’s Director of Aftermarket. "All phases of the pilot launch have proved successful, and we are confident our customers will experience the full benefit of this industry leading program."
