A Lift for Skinny Spaces
Drexel Industries designed its new operator-down turret truck for warehouses with very-narrow-aisle (VNA) rack storage requirements.
The DXT-30 turret, which complements Drexel’s SLT-30-HLT VNA turret truck, is a 1200-kilogram capacity, three-wheel, 48-volt model with a side-seated operator position. It has a swing-away control arm, transistorized controls, self-diagnostics, and a battery discharge indicator with lift interrupt. An optional video camera system and a digital height indicator can help improve the operator’s visibility during load placement at upper storage levels.
Other features include a high-visibility, three-stage mast; 180-degree traversing turret head; and energy-saving regenerative braking.
