Accuride promotes Keating to chairman
EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Truck wheel components manufacturer Accuride Corp., named Chief Executive Terrence J. Keating to the additional role of chairman.
Keating succeeds James H. Greene Jr., who will remain on the board as lead independent director.
Accuride also announced president and chief financial officer John R. Murphy will give up his CFO post to be chief operating officer. David K. Armstrong, currently senior vice-president for finance and general counsel, was named chief financial officer. He will also remain as general counsel.
