APU maker taps NA customer service exec
MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — RigMaster Power Corp. has named Scott
Shaw to the newly created position of customer support manager, North America.
In this role, Shaw’s focus will be on the adoption and expansion of the company’s customer support and quality assurance initiatives.
The appointment is in response to RigMaster’s continued growth and
follows closely behind its expansion into a second production facility
based in Olathe, K.S., the company says.
Scott, who assumes his new title immediately, brings to the organization over 25 years of experience in the customer support field.
