Arrow Truck Sales Promotes Number One Rep

TORONTO — Arrow Truck Sales, Inc., announced that Vikas Gupta has been promoted to Branch Manager of their Toronto location.

The promotion really couldn’t have gone to a harder working guy. This year, Gupta was the number one salesperson of all Arrow sales representatives in North America, making it his third consecutive year taking home top honors.

Gupta has earned seven "Diamond Level" awards in the past eight years, and is a member of Arrow’s "President’s Club."

Eighty percent of Gupta’s truck sales come from repeat customers or customer referrals — apparently, once you go Gupta, you never go back.

Gupta emigrated with his family from India ten years ago, and has over 15 years of experience in everything from media to education to event planning. He’s been with Arrow since 2004.

Steve Clough, President of Arrow Truck Sales, said that the decision was based on a number of factors (see above), adding that “his professionalism and extremely strong work ethic were definite factors. But combine that with his complete dedication to the Canadian trucking industry, and the personal interest he takes in his customers, we believe that there is no one more capable to manage the branch successfully.”
