ArvinMeritor Rools Out TRIAD Wheel-End System
RIAD, ArvinMeritor’s latest trailer wheel-end system, is designed to be maintenance-free for three years/300,000 miles in on-highway applications. TRIAD is available on TN, TQ, and TP trailer axle models with both ferrous and aluminum hubs, and with various lubricants including standard grease and semi-fluid grease. The system is designed to help the wheel-end achieve proper bearing preload, vent internal wheel-end pressures, and reduce wheel-end contaminant ingress.
The maintenance-free claim is incremental to the premium TB trailer axle series unitized wheel-end program, which provides a five-year/500,000 mile warranty.
