B.C. dealer named best in Kenworth customer service
KIRKLAND, Wash., (June 17, 2003) — Inland Kenworth in Kamloops, B.C. was named Kenworth Customer Support Canadian Dealer of the Year at the recent Kenworth Customer Support meeting in Kansas City, Mo.
Tom Connatty, branch manager for Inland Kenworth attributes the honour to Kenworth’s extensive training program. In addition, the parts department aims to offer a fully stocked inventory, and the four-person sales team is constantly on the road, staying in touch with local customers, he says.
The Inland Kenworth Group operates 16 dealer locations in Canada, including 15 in British Columbia and one in the Yukon Territory. Inland Kenworth also has six U.S. dealer locations in Arizona, California, and New Mexico.
