Bendix honors Canadian distributors

ELYRIA, Ohio — Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is honoring achievement in its Premier Distributor Program, a channel partner program that rewards North American distributors.

Forty-four companies, including five Canadian firms, have earned the program’s highest ranking of platinum.

They include:

Fort Garry Industries, Winnipeg; Harman Heavy Vehicle Specialists, Kitchener, Ont.; Macpek Inc., Ste-Foy, Que.; Palmar, Inc., Montreal, Que.; and Parts for Trucks, Inc., Halifax.

Distributor performance is evaluated in six key business performance areas. The highest-scoring distributors are rewarded on a sliding scale with enhanced support from Bendix. The program benefits Bendix as well, the company says, by strengthening the manufacturer’s channel partner relationships through improved two-way communication and clearly defined annual expectations.
