Black promoted to run Dana’s commercial parts operation

TOLEDO, Ohio (Dec. 4, 2001) — Dana Corp.’s Commercial Vehicle Systems named Vicky Black to general manager of the company’s parts division.

Black, an 18-year veteran at Dana, will be responsible for developing and executing global service parts business growth strategies. Her most recent assignment was general manager for Dana’s Spicer Heavy Systems Assembly Division.

Black will report to Rick Clayton, president of Dana Commercial Vehicle Systems.

Black succeeds Len Newblom, former vice president and general manager, Commercial Vehicle Service Parts Division. Newblom retired on Oct.1 after 32 years with Dana.
