Brake Safe maker signs U.S. distribution deal
TORONTO (Oct. 23, 2000) — Spectra Inc. has signed an agreement with a buying group of small fleets and owner-operators to distribute its Brake Safe visual brake stroke indicator system. NTA Inc., based in Paramount, Calif., has more than 6000 members based in the U.S. West.
The agreement grants NTA Inc. the non-exclusive right to promote, sell, market and distribute Spectra’s Brake Safe product line in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Washington. The one-year agreement is renewable for two additional one-year terms.
