Calgary driver added to Million Mile Club
CALGARY, Alta. — A Calgary truck driver has been named to the Chevron Delo-sponsored Million Mile Club, which honours drivers achieving one million accident-free miles.
The program – in its twelfth year – acknowledges drivers from across North America that have hit this important milestone. Calgary’s Cal Cavendish, a driver for Dick Irvin, was added to the list last month.
Other new members included: Richard Gonzalez, Celadon, South Houston, TX; Steven Craig, Dependon Trucking, Mundelein, IL; William Isom, Heartland Express, Morristown, TN; Keith Lovette, J B HUNT, Lowell, AR; Steven Peterson, J B HUNT, Lowell, AR; George French, Tri-State Motor Transit, Joplin, MO; Jesse Milburn, Werner Ent, Little Rock, AR.
"Chevron Delo wishes to congratulate these drivers on their outstanding accomplishments and commitment to safety!" the company said in a release.
