Canadian Freightliner dealers show strong at awards

PORTLAND, Ore. — Freightliner Trucks announced its 2007 ASPIRE Award winners, including a handful of Canadian franchises.

The ASPIRE (Acknowledging Sales, Parts & service, Image and Relationship Excellence) program recognizes the powerful vision, dedication and persistence of Freightliner Trucks dealers who push the boundaries of success in sales, service and customer support. Customers received their awards during an event in Tucson, Ariz.

Fyda Freightliner Columbus Inc. was the honored recipient of the prestigious ASPIRE 2007 Dealer of the Year Award.

But several Canadians also faired well, including: Freightliner of Cranbrook, Cranbrook, B.C.; Services De Mecanique Mobile B.L. Inc., Granby, Que.; and Freightliner Manitoba, Winnipeg, which all were named Summit Award winners.

Nova Enterprises of Truro, N.S. was the Canadian location recognized in the Alpine Award category.

“Customer satisfaction is our most important success measure,” said Senior Vice President of Sales Mark Lampert. “Our ASPIRE winners set new standards for sales, service, customer support and excellence. The program raises the performance bar and makes our entire dealer network stronger.”
