CarriersEdge marks fifth anny

MARKHAM, Ont. – CarriersEdge, a provider of online driver improvement tools, celebrated the fifth anniversary of its launch in the Canadian market.

Originally launched in the fall of 2005 with a basic set of safety and compliance titles, CarriersEdge now includes more than 40 modules, in English and French, covering both Canadian and U.S. regulations and industry best practices.

"We’re delighted to see so many Canadian fleets integrating CarriersEdge into their training programs and we’re extremely pleased to celebrate five years of serving the industry." said Mark Murrell, president of CarriersEdge. "We’ve been growing steadily at about 70 percent year-over-year through the recession, and most of that has come from referrals and recommendations.

"As we continue to expand the library with more titles – like the recently released Winter Driving course – we expect that growth to continue."
