Clarke completes sale of Andlauer assets
HALIFAX – Trucking carrier and warehousing firm Clarke Inc. has sold all its shares in the Andlauer Management Group back to the company for $34.3 million.
In October, TodayTrucking.com reported Clarke was looking to sell its 30 percent stake in the Toronto-based trucking company after it had received a notice of exercise from AMG pursuant to the terms of a Shareholders’ Agreement.
ATS also owns Concord Transportation, which was acquired from Clarke in December 2003.
