Clarke names financial boss
HALIFAX — Diversified carrier Clarke Inc. announced today that Ian Wilkie has accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer of Clarke, effective this week.
He will be replacing current CFO, Blair Cook, who will be leaving Clarke at that time.
Previously Clarke’s corporate controller, Wilkie brings over a decade of financial management and corporate finance experience.
