CN O/Os ratify new collective agreement
MONTREAL, Que.– Owner/operator truck drivers represented by the Canadian Auto Workers (CAW) have ratified a new collective agreement with CN.
The agreement is retroactive to Jan. 1, 2004. There are approximately 380 owner/operators covered under the agreement. The owner/operators provide local trucking services for CN’s major intermodal terminals in Canada.
