Con-Way Canada opens Montreal terminal
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (Feb. 5, 2002) — Con-Way Canada Express opened a new terminal in Montreal yesterday, a 17-door, 8700-square-foot facility that will allow for earlier deliveries and later pickups in the metro area’s South Shore district. The facility is located at 1295 Saint-Luc Blvd.
The less-than-truckload carrier also plans to open a 24-door, 10,200-square-foot terminal in Windsor, Ont., next month, replacing a smaller facility. The new terminal is located on 3.1 acres at 698 Sprucewood Ave. in Windsor and is scheduled to open March 4.
Lina Turgeon, a 15-year veteran of the trucking industry, will manage the St. Luc facility, and Brad Berfelz will manage the new Windsor center.
Con-Way Canada Express is part of Con-Way Central Express, an operating unit of Con-Way Transportation Services.
