Day & Ross opens new Ontario terminal
WOODSTOCK, Ont. (Jan. 29, 2004) — Day & Ross Inc. — the general freight division of the Day & Ross Transportation Group — has opened a new facility in Woodstock, Ont. to replace services lost when the company closed its London and Cambridge, Ont. facilities last month.
The transportation terminal includes a 1,520 square-foot office building and 15,800 square-foot, 39-door dock and warehouse.
Most employees, brokers and drivers from the London and Cambridge facilities have transferred to the new terminal.
