Dome light
Permalite is a new fluorescent
dome trailer lamp developed by Phillips Industries that features an efficient ballast circuit that pulls fewer start-up amps and uses fewer operating volts to extend lamp and bulb life.
The low-profile, impact-resistant polycarbonate housing, unbreakable lens, and stainless steel fasteners protect the unit from extreme conditions and routine trailer loading and cargo damage. The lower-demand ballast circuit means a trailer can run up to six bright lamps, each with a 24-watt, 12,000-hour fluorescent bulb. The design negates the need for costly, complex, and often dangerous heat strips and fits in most standard refrigerated trailers. See your trailer dealer or visit www.phillipsind.com.
