Donaldson, Davco announce marketing pact
MINNEAPOLIS (Feb. 14, 2001) — Donaldson Co., a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty filtration systems and replacement parts, announced a strategic supplier agreement with Davco Manufacturing to combine Donaldson’s filter and element manufacturing with Davco’s fuel processing systems.
The combination will lead to more efficient and effective filtration products for diesel engines used in commercial and off-road applications, the companies said.
Davco Manufacturing, a division of Penske Transportation Components, is located in Saline, Mich. It makes Fuel Pro fuel processors, which combine fuel filtration, fuel/water separation, and fuel heating for heavy-duty truck markets.
Donaldson is based in Minneapolis, produces filtration systems and replacement parts.
