Dryden hosts new truck show
DRYDEN, ONT – – This northern Ontario pulp-and-paper town is home to Max the Moose, NHL star Chris Pronger, and as of next month, the Dryden Truck Show.
The local Legion Ladies Auxiliary Branch 63 is hosting the first Annual, scheduled for June 24, 25 and 26 at the Fairgrounds.
The show’n’shine will be offering more than $10 grand in cash and prizes in more than 16 categories.
Actually, the fun starts a month early, next week in fact.
They’re hold an early-bird registration party May 28, at the Legion, at which they’ll be giving away over $1,000 in prizes.
It’ll be worth attending if only to hear the Sensational Hot Rods and see Wailin play the fiddle upside down.
