Dynamex CEO leaves

MONTREAL — TransForce announced the departure of James L. Welch president and CEO of recently acquired Dynamex.

The move comes a few months after TransForce, Canada’s largest trucking company, bought Dallas-based Dynamex for $248 million.

"James was instrumental in building Dynamex into a highly respected brand in the North American package and courier industry. We wish him good luck in his new career," stated Alain Bédard, Chairman, President and CEO.
