Workshop topics will include strategies for minimizing fleet costs and maximizing revenue, benchmarking results to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs, and using technology to measure and improve financial performance. Other workshops will explore budgeting and supply chain management techniques.
Speakers include Joe B. Hanna, Ph.D., associate professor of logistics at Auburn University; and R. Patrick White, CTP, former traffic and transportation manager of Coca Cola USA and a principal at WhiteTrans Solutions.
