Faucher Industries acquires tie-down manufacturer

MONTREAL — Faucher Industries, a Quebec-based 157 year-old distributor and manufacturer of industrial and transportation hardware and components, announced the acquisition of Courroies Pasquier, a Canadian manufacturer of cargo control and tie-down products serving the trucking industry for over 15 years.

This acquisition will broaden Faucher Industries cargo product line and give the company more flexibility as a manufacturer in providing higher quality service, the company says.

Furthermore, the company welcomes the additional manufacturing capacity and knowledgeable people who have been in the cargo industry for years.

“The diversity of our products and services permit us to respond to the various needs of our customers in a broad array of markets as well as propose to them various solutions,” states Faucher.

Faucher Industries now operates from six locations across Canada and Asia.
