Fraser Direct buys BTC Logistics
LONDON, Ont. – Family run BTC Logistics in Avra, Ont. has been sold to Fraser Direct out of Georgetown, Ont.
Fraser Direct will move the small trucking outfit to a new cargo-shipping hub in the Skyway Industrial Park at London International Airport, according to the London Free Press.
BCT has been operated for 33 years by Brian and Linda Burnet. It will keep its name and staff of 13.
The sale also means that BTC will now sell a new suite of services, such as customs brokerage and warehousing and distribution to take advantage of the new cargo terminal at the airport.
