Freightliner COO Roger Nielson to address HDMA at Mid-America Truck Show
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. (Dec. 11, 2002) — Roger Nielson, chief operating officer of Freightliner LLC, will discuss Freightliner’s strategies for dealing with current economic challenges at the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA) 13th annual Breakfast & Briefing, set for 8 a.m., Friday, March 21, 2003, during the Mid-America Trucking Show at the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center, Louisville, Ky.
“This year’s event offers a unique opportunity to hear Nielson’s thoughts on what may lie ahead for the heavy-duty sector in the next 12 to 18 months,” said James J. Conner of HDMA. “He will offer insights on industry trends that will impact business in the coming year.”
Nielson is responsible for the company’s North American manufacturing network as well as all levels of operations in manufacturing engineering, information technology, purchasing, logistics, and order administration.
