Freightliner honors dealers

PORTLAND, Ore. — Freightliner Trucks has announced the recipients of the 2005-2006 ASPIRE Awards for dealers, including a Canadian recipient.

The awards, which stand for Acknowledging Sales, Parts & Service, Image and Relationship Excellence, recognizes Freightliner Trucks dealers who demonstrate superior sales satisfaction, customer service and achieve high levels of performance in all aspects of their business.

First Truck Centre, of Edmonton was the lone Canadian Summit Award recipient.

The awards recognize two levels of achievement: Summit, which is for dealers who score in the top 10, and Alpine for those in the next 10.

Qualifying criteria for ASPIRE awards relate to sales performance, service capabilities, parts inventory, financial performance and a wide range of other categories.
