Freightliner taps new parts sales VP
PORTLAND, Ore. — Jeff Wallis has been named general manager of Parts Sales and Marketing for the Freightliner organization.
In his new position, Wallis will report to senior vice-president of Customer Support, Jack Conlan and will focus on increasing parts sales and profitability of the combined Freightliner and sister compamy Detroit Diesel’s $1.6 billion aftermarket parts business worldwide.
Wallis replaces Michele Calbi who recently left the company to pursue other interests within the industry.
Wallis comes to Freightliner from Detroit Diesel, where he has spent the last 17 years in various sales
and management positions before most recently heading up DDC’s aftermarket organization.
