Glasvan upgrades website, names new rep
MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Glasvan Great Dane, Ontario’s full service trailer and shunt tractor dealer, has launched a new website, and with it, monthly news releases highlighting the organization, products, people and industry.
Among the most recent announcements, Glasvan Great Dane Sales has welcomed Chris Scherer to their new and used equipment sales team. Chris comes to Glasvan with several years of automotive sales experience.
Scherer — a former “All Star” offensive lineman from Wilfred Laurier University — brings an outgoing attitude, attention to detail, and all around friendly demeanor to the team, says the company.
In more news, Glasvan’s Alliston facility successfully initiated their first night shift. The night shift runs Monday to Thursday and helps provide quick turn around of all truck and trailer repairs. To further benefit customers, a 24-hour dispatched mobile service supports equipment during all off hours.
