Grote says less is more with new SuperNova LEDs

Grote Industries has introduced the SuperNova Three-Inch PC LED Lamp, only one of which is required at each trailer front corner instead of two. The new lamp also offers the additional advantage of a replaceable lens.
The lamp uses four diodes in a simple, flat circuit board design. The optics, which cast the light in the bright 180-degree arc necessary to cover the corner and meet the PC photometric requirement, are all incorporated in the lens.
Grote also says that the SuperNova lamps last longer than incandescent lamps because they utilize a high-performance bullet-proof potting compound to protect against dirt and moisture. The company say that when used in conjunction with a Grote Ultra-Blue-Seal wiring harness, SuperNova LED lamps will last the life of the trailer .
