DENSO Sales California, an affiliate of DENSO Corp., one of the world’s largest starter and alternator makers, released its pad-mount brushless alternator for the over-the-road truck market. The pad mount means the alternator is mounted directly to the engine block, lending durability in high-vibration applications. The unit provides 80-amp output at 1800 rpm.
