Hendrickson’s Surelok enhanced

Hendrickson International
Hendrickson’s updated Surlok option that hold trailers at ride height for safer loading and unloading recently began rolling of production lines.

The company has modified the lightweight Surelok to enhance locking leg positioning over the suspension of the beam. A metal “flange” added to the bottom of each leg, guides positioning, and the company adds that a more robust return spring with 50% stronger pretension enhances durability.

Designed to maintain ride height at the dock, Surelok supports automatically swing into position between the slider box and the suspension beams when the trailers parking brakes are set. The support legs return to a neutral position with the release of the brake.
