Hino Trucks builds new training facility

TORONTO — Hino Motors Canada has acquired a dealer training facility adjoining its new manufacturing plant in Woodstock, Ont.

When completed, the training facility will provide truck customization capabilities.

“The Hino Training Centre will play an important role in ensuring that our dealers will be able to offer consistently high standards of service,” said Hino President Omori in a press release. “The centre will also provide the support needed for the expansion of the dealer network throughout Canada.”

Hino, owned by Toyota, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of class 4 to 7 trucks in Canada.
