Imperial adds Mobil line

SARNIA, Ont. — With its purchase of Mobil now complete, Imperial Oil locations will become the nation’s source for Mobil lubricants.

“Initially there will be no product rationalization," says a spokesman for Imperial Oil. He adds there are no plans to cut the company’s Sarnia research Centre.

As of Jan. 1, Delvac 1, Delvac 1300, Delvac 1300 Super, Mobilube HD, and Mobilube SHC will debut at all Imperial facilities, including local distributors, retail outlets and with sales representatives.
