Karcher’s new HDS 501C pressure washer is a light, portable model with big power, the company says.
The 1200 Psi system features motor protection and automatic shut-off trigger gun on the drive unit. A motor thermal contact monitors overloads. A high-pressure pump features three piston brass axial pump and stainless steel pistons, resulting in a minimum of moving parts, and quieter operation. Safety and control equipment features include an injector for detergents, which can be applied at low pressure by using a change-over nozzle; low water protector prevents burner from operating in incoming water is too low.
Hinged lockable hood, large 4.2 gallon detergent tank with metering valve, and anti-twist hose system are all standard features.
Optional accessories include dirt or sand blast kit, pipe and drain cleaning kit, rotary wash brush, chemical injector nozzle, and floor-cleaning tools.
