Keate to lead Heavy Duty Dialogue 2002
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. (Dec. 4, 2001) — Steve Keate, truck group president of International Truck & Engine, will head the slate of speakers at Heavy Duty Dialogue 2002, set for Feb. 11-12, 2002, at the Airport Hilton & Towers in Atlanta.
Presented biennially by the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA), Heavy Duty Dialogue examines the important issues affecting the heavy duty trucking industry.
Other featured speakers include Frank Sheehan, vice-president of Dana Commercial Vehicle Systems, Dana Corp.; W.R. Timken, chairman and CEO of The Timken Co.; Gary McManus, vice-president of J.P. Morgan; and Doug Condra, editorial director of Heavy Duty Trucking magazine.
Heavy Duty Dialogue 2002 also includes panel discussions on the impact of safety regulations; the state of the heavy-duty trucking business; developments in the aftermarket; and how manufacturers are working to reduce diesel engine emissions.
