Kenworth boss resigns

KIRKLAND, Wash. (July 30, 2002) — Ed Caudill, general manager of Kenworth Truck Co. and vice-president of Paccar, is leaving the company to become president and CEO of Fleetwood Enterprises, a large manufacturer of recreational vehicles and a producer and retailer of manufactured housing.

Caudill, who will be replaced by Bob Christensen, has been vice-president of PACCAR since 1996 and general manager of Kenworth since 1997.

Christensen has been with Paccar for 18 years, with experience including vice-president/general manager of Paccar Parts, and operational and controller roles with Kenworth and Paccar Parts.

Bill Jackson will replace Christensen as vice-president/general manager of Paccar Parts and Aftermarket Services Worldwide. Jackson has been with Paccar for four years and most recently held the position of assistant general manager of Paccar Parts.
