Kenworth customers offered service tool
SEATTLE, Wa. — Kenworth’s very comprehensive ‘ServiceNet’ electronic tool is now available for fleet customers. It’s a CD-ROM that contains more than 10,000 electronic pages of service-related information, including over 200 vendor service manuals and 1000 engineering diagrams.
Kenworth dealer technicians use it themselves, boosting productivity by saving time formerly spent searching for information in paper manuals and bulletins.
Kenworth offers two ServiceNet versions for fleet customers. The first is for non-warranty fleets or customers who do their own maintenance. Information provided includes Kenworth’s Master Shop Manual, wiring and air piping diagrams, supplier technical information, and T2000 collision repair data.
The second option is for fleets under Kenworth dealer-sponsored warranty. They get the information noted above, plus regular technical information bulletins, customer service bulletins, and labor guidelines.
