Kenworth names body shop council members for 2002
KIRKLAND, Wash. (May 27, 2002) — Kenworth Truck Co. has named Dave Grim of Kenworth Sales Co. in Spokane, Wash., chairman of the truck manufacturer’s 2002 Body Shop Council. The council consists of leading body shop managers from Kenworth dealerships in the United States and Canada. The council’s goal is to promote education and information needed to provide the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
Rory Wakelin of Inland Kenworth in Langley, B.C., was named to represent Canada on the council.
In addition to the body shop council, Kenworth operates dealer, parts, and service councils consisting of representatives from Kenworth dealerships in the U.S. and Canada.
