KRTS to offer one-day trainer development workshops

CALEDONIA, Ont. — KRTS Transportation Specialists is offering two one-day Trainer Development Workshops at its Caledonia headquarters.

The one-day sessions will be hosted Feb. 23 and Feb. 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. KRTS has partnered with Paul Cavalier to deliver the development program, aimed at new and existing commercial instructors, coaches and any other instructing professionals.

Topics covered through the course include: In-vehicle teaching methods; feedback strategies; safe backing strategies; human factors; educating entry-level and existing professional drivers; and conducing successful road tests.
