KW revs up its Web site
KIRKLAND, Wash. — Kenworth Truck Co. has enhanced its Web site to create a more dynamic, database-driven site that provides easy access to product information in a low-bandwidth format.
The new site is designed to promote Kenworth’s customer service programs and product line, provides truck operators with product information, and enhances the visibility of its network of more than 250 dealers in the United States and Canada.
Visitors can browse through pages of Kenworth products, which include detailed descriptions and photographs. Users can download product brochures or request that they be sent hard copies. Another section helps users find nearby Kenworth dealerships and service locations, and provides general dealership information, directions, and personnel listings as well as a “sales inquiry” form through which users can request contact by a local dealership.
