Maintenance manager of the year named at CFMS
TORONTO (May 1, 2002) — The 39th annual Canadian Fleet Maintenance Seminar wrapped up this afternoon with Bill Dinino, maintenance manager for Scarborough, Ont.-based OK Transportation, accepting the 2002 award for Fleet Maintenance Manager of the Year.
The award, sponsored by Volvo Trucks Canada, is handed out every year at the Seminar to an outstanding Canadian fleet maintenance manager who has also demonstrated excellence in training, innovation, leadership, and overall contribution to the trucking industry.
Managing over 450 pieces of equipment, Dinino is a 38-year industry veteran, spending the last 12 with OK Transportation.
