Major fee and service changes at CN

TORONTO — Canadian National Railway is ready to implement a series of changes to its services, fees and operations in the New Year.

This includes changes to supplemental services and tariffs — affecting everything from shipping instructions; pallet and skid returns and intermodal rules — as well as major rate increases in such services as container and chassis storage, dray and trucking charges, fuel surcharges, and reduced free time allowance.
