Meritor names new manager of aftermarket parts business in North America
TROY, Mich. (March 8, 2000) — Meritor Automotive named Mark Purtilar general manager-North America for its worldwide aftermarket business. He reports to Tom Gosnell, senior vice president and president, aftermarket.
Purtilar was formerly managing director, Europe and South Africa, aftermarket. In his new position he will be responsible for developing and managing the strategic inititatives in support of aftermarket’s business growth in the U.S., Canada, and Central America. He will be based at the company’s Aftermarket Distribution Center in Florence, Ky.
