Mullen taps independent director
OKOTOKS, Alta. — The Mullen Group‘s board of directors announced that Alan D. Archibald, the chairman of the company’s Compensation, Nomination and Governance Committee, will also act as lead director.
Archibald is an independent director who has served on Mullen Group’s Board since 2003.
