NationaLease names new VP
CHERRY HILL, NJ, — Michael L. Oetjen has been named vice-president of Integrated Logistics for NationaLease, the largest full-service truck leasing organization in North America.
In the newly created position, Oetjen will be responsible for the development, refinement, marketing and sale of the Integrated Logistics Services product offering that utilizes labor management, equipment, and technology in the development of comprehensive transportation and distribution business solutions for private fleets and transportation service providers.
Oetjen was formerly vice president of National Sales for AmeriQuest, whose leasing entity merged with NationaLease in 2006. His responsibilities included sales on a national level, product development, branding and creating market awareness for the premium provider of logistics and transportation related services.
He also served as central region manager for a global supply chain management company, where he was responsible for promoting dedicated contract carriage, total supply chain, and transportation management services throughout the U.S. and Canada.
